Niggle is me — Sam.

I've spent years in media and production, solving exactly these kinds of operational headaches from the inside. My background is at Omni and building digital for WhoCaresWins — where I learned to spot the workflow that's quietly costing a team hours, and fix it.

I've built genuinely new things, too — including Ping, a UK news-intelligence platform, alongside client web platforms and internal tools that quietly save teams hours every week.
